Order Processing
At ABAYRAH, we believe in the art of precision and elegance. As many of our silhouettes are crafted with bespoke attention to detail, please allow our atelier 2 to 4 business days to process, meticulously inspect, and hand-package your order before it is dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Once your order has been prepared, you will receive an official confirmation email containing your tracking itinerary.
Domestic Delivery (India)
We are pleased to offer secure and swift delivery across India. We partner with premium logistics couriers to ensure your package arrives in pristine condition.
- Standard Delivery: 4 - 6 business days after dispatch.
- Express Delivery: Available for select pin codes (2 - 3 business days).
- Shipping Fees: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over ₹2,500. A nominal handling fee applies to orders below this threshold.
Tracking Your Itinerary
Once your elegant pieces have been handed over to our shipping concierge, you will receive an email update with a live tracking link. You may also track the status of your delivery directly through your Personal Vault by logging into your account on our storefront.
Package Integrity & Security
Every ABAYRAH parcel is sealed with our signature tampering-proof packaging. Upon receiving your delivery, we kindly request you to inspect the exterior. If the package appears compromised or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact our concierge immediately.
